great experience....Dr.Vrushali is a very qualified, knowledgeable and courteous doctor. she knows the minutest details of the body parts that get affected due to injury/medical reasons and will recommend the best treatment.She will listen patiently and answer all your doubts.i have consulted twice for sports related injuries and underwent couple of physiotherapy sessions too and it has worked out well with good results and reduced pain..her team is also very supportive and will listen to patient complaints in detail and try to address them... will definitely recommend her for any sports/medical injuries consultation and physiotherapy sessions.

We have had a very good experience with Vrushali jee. She was patient enough to hear us through our various issues. I sprained a muscle in my right calf so badly that I couldn't use my right leg or put any weight on it, and was in terrible pain. When I visited Dr Vrusali Raut's clinic, she listened carefully and was able to diagnose and isolate the sprained muscle almost immediately. She explained every step of her treatment process and why it was necessary, which was quite helpful. The treatment she provided was very thorough and extremely effective. I was actually able to walk out of her clinic an hour later. She promised me the pain would subside within a couple of days, and indeed it did. She is a wonderful doctor and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

So, I had a ligament tear in my left knee and I got operated in Dec 2017. Post one month, when I was asked to start my physiotherapy to regain the original strength, I searched for various doctors in Bangalore, had 2-3 visits at different physio clinics too, but some of them were too costly or couldn't deal with the ligament tear problem. In my hit and trial process of going to different doctors, one day, I consulted Dr. Vrushali and she easily grasped what I came for. As soon as she examined the condition of my leg, she told me to leave my entire progress on her and she assured me that I would start walking normally without limping in 5-6 weeks. By the way, when I came to her clinic for the first time, I used to walk with a stick always and limp because of the acute pain I had because of the surgery. However, in just one go, I was pretty satisfied with her diagnosis because she seemed quite experienced in such cases. Overall, I had some 11-12 sessions with her, starting from 2-3 sessions per week to gradually 1 per week/2 weeks as my rehab progressed. Talking about my progress in detail, I left my stick in the next 10 days from the start of rehab and my walk kept on getting better and within 1.5 months, I was able to walk normally without any limping or persistent pain. Even today, I am pretty much satisfied with the treatment I got because she herself planned the entire programme for me, be it the initial phase, the middle phase or the last least risk phase. The only problem you might find is getting an appointment with her because she has a lot of patients coming to her clinic, however, her experience is what accounts for her proper diagnosis *** ********* **********

Dr Vrushali talks to you like a friend who is concerned about you. Her diagnosis is very good and she takes good time to explain you how and why you picked up the pain. Unlike other doctors who try to rush to get the next patient in, Dr Vrushali will give you as much time as needed.

I was concerned that my plantar fasciitis will take a year to heal but I am seeing the pain go down on just 2 days. I am advised to continue the therapy for 2 weeks and She has assured me that i will heal in 2 weeks 👍🏽

Dr Vrushali analysed my issue of cervical and lumbar disc prolapse (Lumbar Radiculopathy) on Day 1 during both occasions. During initial analysis tried different tests to understand whether it's actually a disc prolapse or muscular pain or sciatica. Post diagnosis helped me recover with appropriate treatment and exercises.

A lot of doctors just do run of mill job of providing right medicine and treatment, however Dr. Vrushali took a step further and explained me my entire condition and shot my videos from different angles to help me u derstand the root cause. I highly recommend Dr. Vrushali for any sort of physiotherapy treatment. She is just amazing at her job.

I was struggling with triceps tendonitis and tennis elbow issues for almost 4 months because of overuse injury (badminton and gym). I visited multiple physios and underwent IFT and Ultrasound sessions to no avail. There came a point where I was hardly able to lift a water bottle. I then reached out to Dr. Vrushali based on a friend's referral . She did the initial assessment and explained the issues in detail and course of treatment that we will take, including multiple muscle release and strengthening sessions. Though it took much longer to heal than expected due to some of the root causes of the pain being a chronic issue, I finally got rid of the pinching pain in my tendon and tennis elbow area and I am now happily able to lift weights in the gym again.
